Broker's Preview or Assignment Sales
Pre-construction broker's preview used to be the best time to invest, both
in terms of selection of suites and prices. This may not be true any
more. Read my article, "The
user, the investor and the flipper"
Pre-launch events are by invitation only, reserved for REALTORS® and
their preferred clients. The rates normally moved upwards after the
broker's preview, and project then opened to the general public.
If you are considering investing in pre-construction Toronto
condos/lofts, you may want to compare broker's preview pricing vs.
assignment or resale prices and choose the best option to save your money.
