Toronto Downtown Condominiums Condo Apartments Lofts
Downtown Toronto is the
heart of the City of Toronto, Ontario,
Canada. Its boundaries are Bloor Street to the north, Lake Ontario
to the south, Bayview Avenue to the east, and Bathurst Street to the
west.

standards. One can find Toronto condos/ lofts from as low as $400
per square feet (resale). Toronto condominium are particularly attractive to
first time buyers, working professionals, executives,
newcomers,
real estate investors. Toronto offers safe
haven to condominium buyers who seek to invest their money in a
stable environment, lower interest rates, low unemployment rates,
and strong economic growth in Toronto.
Before you buy a Toronto condo, there is a lot that you should
know. Amit is an experienced Mississauga Toronto REALTOR® and he can uncover key information about

downtown Toronto condo or loft.
Broker's Preview or Assignment Sales
Pre-construction broker's preview used to be the best time to invest, both
in terms of selection of suites and prices. This may not be true any
more. Read my article, "The
user, the investor and the flipper"
Pre-launch events are by invitation only, reserved for
REALTORS®
and their preferred clients. The rates normally moved upwards after
the broker's preview, and project then opened to the general public.
With the slowing down of housing markets in mid 2008 there are
many off plan buyers wanting to assign their condos to the new
buyers before closing, hence offering opportunities for both the
buyers and the sellers. Plus, there are many resale opportunities
available offering great value.
If you are considering investing in pre-construction Toronto
condos/lofts, you may want to compare broker's preview pricing vs.
assignment or resale prices and choose the best option to save your money.

(sell) or thinking of buying a downtown Toronto Condo or a

services is exactly the same as going direct to the property and
buying it from the builder's sales people. Amit charges
no fees from his buyers as the same are
paid for by the seller/ builder.
