About Amit
Amit was born in New Delhi, India. He studied at Cambridge school and later graduated from Delhi University with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Amit's outlook on life was shaped at a very young age inspired by his school's motto; "We Learn To Serve". Amit believes that through one's work (karma), performed in full knowledge and with dedication, one achieves perfection and in a way serves one's God.
Amit has always been in sales and marketing person. His first sales job was at Modi Xerox Group (GBC), New Delhi. Amit was a top producer Major Accounts Manager at GBC. Amit later moved to Dubai, UAE and worked as a Business Development Executive at GEMACO Interiors, a market leader in office interiors & contracting industry. While working in Dubai, Amit completed his MBA degree.
Canadian quality of life, strong economy, multi-ethnic population and beautiful landscapes attracted Amit to Mississauga, his destination of choice and an ideal place to call home. Amit has been a proud Mississaugan since 2002.
In 2003, Amit joined Royal LePage Real Estate. He continues to work as a full time real estate broker in this profession since then. In 2009, Amit moved to the Sutton Group. In Dec 2011, Amit joined real estate industry's market leader, RE/MAX, and opened his personal office and RE/MAX Legacy Realty Inc. Brokerage's branch office in the heart of Mississauga Square One. |

Highest Professional Standards
Before receiving a real estate license in 2003, Amit has successfully completed an extensive course of study developed by OREA on behalf of the Real Estate Council Ontario. That was only the beginning: in the first two years of practice, Amit, like any other REALTOR®, was required to successfully complete three additional courses as part of their articling with an experienced Broker. In addition, Amit completed his Real Estate Broker license in 2005. All licensees must continue to attend courses throughout their careers in order to maintain their license.
